Fayetteville Ballet Partnership: The Charlotte Blume School of Dance

Nutcracker wouldn’t be Nutcracker without the local Children’s cast! Dancing along side the full professional Russian cast are local Fayetteville children from the Blume School. The Charlotte Blume School of Dance offers instruction in Classical Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, and Children's Dance. With a graded training system for all disciplines, as well as a diversified and growing staff, the Blume School offers high quality training in all areas of dance. For over forty years Charlotte Blume and the teachers of the Blume School have taught some 15,000 students at its studio (located in the heart of Hamount) and in after-school programs in Cumberland County. The Blume school has been instrumental in introducing arts programming to North Carolina Schools and continues to provide after school programs in Cumberland County Schools. All Intermediate and Advanced classes are held at the main studio located at 1312 Morganton Rd. The Blume studio also is the home studio for the North Carolina State Ballet.
