Moscow Ballet Announces Second Annual Summer Intensives for Ballet Students in 11 Cities Coast to Coast

(Berkshires, Mass.) January 30, 2020 – Due to popular demand, Moscow Ballet Soloists Alisa Bolotnikova and Yuriy Kuzo return to lead 11 weeks of intensive classes in Russian ballet for the 2nd summer in U.S. cities from coast to coast. When not on tour, Alisa teaches students at the Kharkov Ballet College, some of whom have been accepted in the Kharkov Opera and Ballet Theatre. Alisa states, “For me, ballet is not just movement and not just technical. Every time I say that you dance with your emotion, all your heart, all your soul.”

Moscow Ballet proudly presents 20+ Musical Wunderkind violinist and cellist prodigies, critically-acclaimed choirs, and nationally-renowned orchestras who’ll perform with its company in the Great Russian Nutcracker 2016. These pre-professional musicians auditioned to perform as part of Moscow Ballet’s educational Musical Wunderkind program, which focuses on the development and encouragement of talented pre-professional musicians. Many of these young musicians are Concerto Competition winners and all are recognized for their exceptional talent.
