Ballerina Aidana Amirkhanovna premieres with Moscow Ballet on the 2017 25th North American Anniversary Tour as a Featured Ballerina. The 22 year-old petite ballerina partners Award -Winning danseur Rafael Urazov as the magical and Moor Dolls that leap out of two life-sized Matryoshka Dolls in Act I of the great Russian Nutcracker, and as the stunning, 2-person Dove of Peace which opens Act II and is exclusive to Moscow Ballet, and as the sinewy and sensuous Arabian Variation.
Aidana competed in several ballet competitions. She is a Laureate and Bronze Winner of First International Ballet School`s competition “Orleu” Almaty 2008; Grand Prize winner of the Second International Ballet School`s competition “Orleu” Almaty and Laureate of the international Ballet Competition known as "Ak-Ku." Aidana was accepted to the esteemed Almaty College of Choreography named after A.V.Seleznyov, graduating in 2013. Since graduation she was invited to join the National Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet named after Abay in Almaty performing in the world’s best known ballets there year-round.
