Dyan Mulvey Dance Academy offers courses for students from ages 3 to adult, beginner through advanced. Students may choose one hour or one and a half hour weekly classes in a variety of dance styles. Not sure if dance is for you? Try your first class for free! Dance, the most physical and mentally demanding subject within the Performing Arts, is the main theme of the studio. For over 30 years, the Dyan Mulvey Dance Academy has aimed to install dance techniques and style, the physical training necessary for the body development, a feeling for movement, music appreciation, and the emotional qualities needed for dance. When students leave the studio, they will have developed a stronger character, a greater awareness of themselves physically and a better appreciation and respect for the arts. Many of the studio’s students have performed throughout the U.S., Hawaii, and Europe. We are proud to acknowledge former students that now dance professionally in Las Vegas, Cruise ships, and in live productions. Dyan and staff have choreographed many of the studio’s live performances at The Palace Theatre, as well as musicals for DeSales of Lockport. Being a family-owned and operated business, allows us to offer a personal touch. Our goal is to make all of our dancers and families happy.
Jaclyn Carol's Dance Academy, serving Niagara Falls, Buffalo, and Western New York dance community, believes that children must always be put first in the learning process. The studio strives to tailor each and every dance class to the needs of each individual, and stress equally the importance of strong technique, self-expression, and FUN through dance! The family owned and operated dance studio offers unmatched special programming through field trips, dance competitions, guest artists, numerous performance opportunities for your child, as well as themed Summer Programs and intensive workshops for children, teens, and college students. Jaclyn Carol's Dance Academy offers lessons weekly during the year, working toward the annual end-of-the-year recital. After the performance, students enjoy a banquet where they are awarded and applauded for their achievements.
