Local Audition Information Coming Soon for Moscow Ballet's 2016 Great Falls Performance!

Student dancers must have at least one year of ballet training, dress in dance attire and may bring Pointe shoes. Moscow Ballet’s “Dance with Us” program, in its 24th year, selects student dancers to perform ancillary roles of Party Children, Mice, Snowflakes, Angels, and more. One of our trained Russian audtion directors will be in town for several days to lead the audition and to rehearse the selected student dancers. “The true highlight of the night was seeing all the Calgary children who... should be congratulated for their very skilled and enthusiastic participation. It really brought the idea home that the Great Russian Nutcracker is a wonderful chance for children to be in a full-length production and experience first-hand an authentic classical ballet from this uniquely Russian company of remarkable performers,” Calgary Herald, 2014.

Live 2 Dance Studio offers Tap, Jazz, Ballet, and Hip-Hop. We have classes for dancers who just love to dance and classes for dancers who want to compete with their dancing! Classes run from September to April with a recital at the end of the year. The studio also offers workshops during the summer, and now there are ballroom lessons for adults and a date night once a month for couples to get out and dance for a good time!  Live 2 Dance Studio partners with Beach Body so the studio is open to adults who want to come and work out during the summer.  There are many different classes and they sell equipment in order to workout at home at a discounted price.

About The Great Falls Civic Center

The Great Falls Civic Center was built in the 1930s under the Works Progress Administration created by Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s presidential order and funded by Congress with passage of the Emergency Relief Appropriation Act on April 8, 1935.
