Local Audition Information Coming Soon for Moscow Ballet's 2015 El Paso Performances!

Student dancers must have at least one year of ballet training, dress in dance attire and may bring Pointe shoes. Moscow Ballet’s “Dance with Us” program, in its 24th year, selects student dancers to perform ancillary roles of Party Children, Mice, Snowflakes, Angels, and more. One of our trained Russian audtion directors will be in town for several days to lead the audition and to rehearse the selected student dancers. “The true highlight of the night was seeing all the Calgary children who... should be congratulated for their very skilled and enthusiastic participation. It really brought the idea home that the Great Russian Nutcracker is a wonderful chance for children to be in a full-length production and experience first-hand an authentic classical ballet from this uniquely Russian company of remarkable performers,” Calgary Herald, 2014.

The Las Cruces School of Dance & Music and the Alamogordo Academy of Ballet provide high quality instruction in both dance and music. In fourteen years of business, the studio has achieved a wide-spread reputation for excellence in both instruction and performance with many of the studio students going on to study at top-quality performing arts schools and university programs.
