Rules & Regulations for Moscow Ballet's "Be a Star" Contest

1. Prizes are subject to certain restrictions and may not be sold or exchanged and tickets must be redeemed on their performance date.
2. Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and no substitutions are permitted.
3. Awarding of prizes will be conducted by Moscow Ballet whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the contest.
4. All submitted information is kept strictly confidential, Moscow Ballet does not endorse or participate in "spam mail". We value your privacy.
5. Moscow Ballet assumes no responsibility for late, damaged, illegible or incomplete entries.
6. All entries become the property of Moscow Ballet and will not be returned.
7. All taxes on prizes are the winner's sole responsibility and all federal, state and local laws apply.
8. No alternate form of entry will be honored in this contest.
9. Void where prohibited or restricted.
10. This promotion is conducted exclusively by Moscow Ballet.
